Pearce Cucchissi: Co-Founder/Strategic Advisor

Pearce applies his military background in strategic thinking and team dynamics to lead 'Built to Evolve', a firm focused on improving executive and team performance. His work integrates experience and knowledge in neuroscience, psychology, and physiology. This approach is designed to improve executive performance, ensuring leaders are equipped to maintain an optimal state of mind in today's business environment. ​ Pearce focuses on developing a culture business athletes. Those that are empowered to increase their stamina, drive, performance and health, so that they can achieve their maximum level of positive impact. Having collaborated with organizations like Citibank, The Las Vegas Raiders, and Charter, Pearce now primarily advises executives of Private Equity-owned portfolio companies, where he has observed significant mental resilience challenges. His coaching style is grounded in real-world experience, balancing professional development with personal well-being.

Steve Paladino - Co-Founder/Chief Integrator

Steve Paladino has over 35 years of senior executive and business owner experience, specializing in process improvements, streamlining financial operations, scorecard reporting, post-merger integration, and ERP implementations. Over his career he has helped numerous companies improve their financial metrics, operational procedures and scale their business. Steve has successfully implemented seven ERP systems. He has managed the sales process for numerous companies leading to successful exits to both PE firms and privately held companies. He is also certified as a board facilitator and executive coach, oriented towards small to mid-sized enterprises. This enables business owners to concentrate on managing their business rather than performing operational tasks. Which enables them to execute a more focused business strategy. Steve’s approach to solving financial and operational issues is by including all stakeholders in the development of more efficient processes and procedures. His ability to take complex problems and distill them into actionable tasks has enabled companies to leverage their existing infrastructure. Which has resulted in improved operating margins. His industry experience includes SaaS, Consumer Products, Distribution, Light manufacturing, Service industries and Start-ups. ​

Dean Bundschu: Co-Founder/Business Development

Dean is an accomplished entrepreneur, sales professional, and business advisor with extensive experience in high-growth companies. Dean leverages a deep knowledge of human psychology alongside applied analytics to drive business growth. A former U.S. Army Infantry Officer, Dean served 8 years, including a combat tour in Iraq, before transitioning to Orion International, where he assisted veterans in moving into corporate roles. As a founder, Dean has successfully raised millions in private equity funding prior to his acquisition. He also played a pivotal role in launching and expanding Bunker Labs, a nonprofit that supports veteran entrepreneurs, growing it to 40 locations nationwide.
